Parilasath Kodanda Dandam Kare,
Chakram Chorbha Karena Bahu Yugale,
Shankham Sharam Dakshine,
Vibranam Jala Jatha Patra Nayanam,
Bhadradri Murthi Stitham,
Keyuradi Vibhushitham Raghu Pathim,
Soumithri Yuktham Bhaje ||


వామాంక స్థిత జానకీ,
పరిలసత్  కోదండ దండం కరే,
చక్రం చోర్భ కరేన బాహుయుగళే,
శంఖం శరం దక్షిణే,
విబ్రాణం జల జాత  పత్ర నయనం,
భద్రాద్రి మూర్తి స్థితమ్,
కేయూరాది విభూషితం రఘుపత్తిం,
సౌమిత్రి యుక్తం భజే ||

MEANING / TRANSLATION :
Jagathguru Shankaracharya composed this Hym/Sloka, when he visited the place of Bhadrachalam. This Sloka is Varnana / Explanation of how Lord Sri Rama situated in Place of Bhadrachala. Following is the translation

I worship Lord Sri Rama,
Who is having Janaki Devi, sitting on left side of his body,
Who hold Kodanda [Bow], Danda [Arrow], Chakram and Shankham, in his four hands,
Whose eye's are similar to the Lotus flowers,
Who is resided on the hill named Bhadradri,
Who is decorated with keyura's and all other jewelries
Who is along with his brother Soumithri [Laxmana].
