JAYA MANTRAM


జయత్యతిబలో రామో లక్ష్మణశ్చ మహాబలః
రాజా జయతి సుగ్రీవో రాఘవేణాభిపాలితః |
దాసోహం కోసలేంద్రస్య రామస్యాక్లిష్టకర్మణః
హనుమాన్ శత్రుసైన్యానాం నిహంతా మారుతాత్మజః ||

న రావణ సహస్రం మే యుద్ధే ప్రతిబలం భవేత్
శిలాభిస్తు ప్రహరతః పాదపైశ్చ సహస్రశః |
అర్ధయిత్వా పురీం లంకామభివాద్య చ మైథిలీం
సమృద్ధార్ధో గమిష్యామి మిషతాం సర్వరక్షసామ్ ||

Jayathyathi Balo Ramo Lakshmanascha Maha Balah
Rajaa Jayathi Sugrevo Raaghave Nabhipalithah |
Dasoham Kosalendrasya Ramasya Klishtakarmanah 
Hanumaan Shathru Sainyaanaam Nihanthaa Maruthathmajah ||

Na Ravana Sahasramme Yuddhe Prathi Balam Bhaveth 
Shilabhisthu Praharathah Paada Paischa Sahasrashah |
Ardhayithvaa Purim Lankam Abhivadya Cha Maithilim 
Samrudhartho Gamishyaami Mishathaam Sarva Rakshasaam ||

These are the words said by Lord Hanuman, In Sundara kanda, of the Epic Ramayana. This is actually famous as JAYA MANTRAM, Jayam is a Sanskrit word which means Victory or Success. The one who chants this mantra daily will definitely get success in his/her life.
In general every sloka of  Ramayana has its importance and have its effect if chanted, because it is said that all 24000 slokas of Ramayana are Vyakhyanam for Gayatri Mantra which is having 24 Bhijaksharas, this is also one of them , the meaning of this sloka converted this to be a seperate mantra and there are many people who experienced its effects and importance in their lives.
By saying this Mantra  Lord Hanuman announces his presense in Ashokavanam to get the attention of King Ravana, here he says that he is servant to Lord Rama and who ever chants this mantra it will be applicable for him, which means he is also the servant of Lord Rama, and responsibility lies on him to save us.

MEANING/ TRANSLATION
Our Rama is exalted with remarkable strength, Lakshmana is bright as well.
The Sugreeva, King of Vanaras who is saved by Ramachandra Murti, is also celebrated by Victory.
I am the servant of Kosalendra [Ramachandra murthi], my name is Hanumaan and I don't use any other weapons in war I stamp many Demons under my toes, I will kill your sena with the power of my fists, I hit a few big trees and the big stones on Shathru sena, The thousands of Demons are just a small insect for me, The one who can intercepted me was not in this city of Lanka, I will make  this Lanka town to suffer, I bow to my mother, Sitamma,
I'll leave this city of Lanka in the same way how I entered, no one could be able to stop me.
